"I feel so fortunate to have been through this program. It has added clarity to the school improvement process, and as a result, I feel more confident to lead others through the process. At times, it feels like a daunting task to analyze achievement data, and put it into a useable form that a school can use as a working document but, like many other things, once you've been through the process and have a better understanding, it seems much more manageable. You are then able to more effectively communicate the process to others in such a way that it seems manageable and beneficial. The classes have been extremely clear and the interaction with other colleagues is an added bonus. None of us are alone in the process of school improvement, and it makes it much easier to share ideas and frustrations along the way.
